Launch Coaching
INTRODUCING AN EXCLUSIVE SPECIAL OPTIONAL* ELECTIVE PROGRAM FOR NEW ASSOCIATES IN MY MENTOR PROGRAM- CALLED “LAUNCH COACHING”!
An added value of my mentoring program for self- starters, who want to invest in themselves and their own business! This is an auxiliary accountability and productivity program that agents may elect to participate in concurrently with the Mentor program.
This is a 6-month program that will focus on lead generation, time management and accountability. It requires mandatory attendance to one monthly group educational session (6 total); one monthly group coaching conference call (6 total); and use of an interactive web-based goal-tracking system (KDNA Knowledge). Participating associates will agree to pay $150.00 per month for each of the six month duration of the program, and can expect to be reimbursed one-half of the total cost or $450.00 upon close of their first closed sales transaction, and an additional $450.00 or balance of the 6 month program upon close of escrow from their second closed sale transaction which occur during the 6 month “Launch Coaching” program as part of the MENTOR program.
Associates will FIRST complete the SUCCESS BUILDER TM CLASSES, and then be eligible to register for the “Launch Coaching” which will be concurrent with the weekly scheduled activities that include office weekly sales meetings, weekly NEW ASSOCIATE GROUP meeting, Broker Preview, Floor Time, and Weekend Open Houses.
